Coastal Concierge, LLC offers comprehensive and professional short-term rental property management services on the MS Gulf Coast. We cover a wide range of tasks, ensuring property owners can have peace of mind knowing their property is in good hands.

Vacation Rental Cleaning

At Coastal Concierge, we pride ourselves on listening to the needs of our clients and providing excellent service. Our goal is to build lasting relationships by taking the time to understand cleaning needs. We work closely to develop a customized plan that meets specific needs for each property. We take care of your vacation rental or second home like it’s our own!

Let your fur babies stay home where they are comfortable! We visit your home several times a day to walk, feed and let your fur baby out.

We’ll have a meet & greet to make sure all are comfortable. We service Bay St. Louis and Waveland.

Pricing details: $20 per visit for felines and $65 per day for canines (3 visits). Visits average 15 minutes unless otherwise requested by owners. We also offer drop in visits at $20. Policies and procedures will be shared upon request.

All pet services are customizable, and pricing can be adjusted based on needs. Extra charges will be incured for long dog walks, multiple pets or multiple litter boxes. Pet services are subject to change without notice and according to our policies and procedures.

Errands and Stocking

We are here to help make your life easier, from helping with errands to deliveries. If you let us know what you need, we can arrange everything from a trip to the post office to shipment drop off, gift pick up and delivery. This service is ideal for visitors to the area who need shopping, mail delivery, meals, and other services. We also offer this service for businesses as well. 

Let us stock the rental!! Book a vacation rental, then contact us to get your groceries to your rental, maybe even before you arrive! We’ll have everything stocked and put away so you can arrive and relax!!

We offer a mobile notary service for any documents that you need completed. We’ll meet you to get any documents complete. Give us a 24-48 hour notice on your needs and we’ll be there to help.
